Our full-service booting solution starts with a license plate being identified based on unpaid parking ticket violations through the use of LPR technology. Once the scofflaw has been verified by tracing the license plate, one of our staff members in one of our RISETEK vehicles places the Intelliboot on the wheel, prints a custom notification for the customer, and leaves it on their window.

Our self-releasing boot technology is a vast improvement over traditional booting, often referred to as “wheel locks,” which have been utilized for decades. The Intelliboot was designed with the intention of giving the customer the ability to remove it themselves. This not only improves the customer experience, it also reduces the operational burden of constantly sending staff to various locations to remove boots, which can take hours in some scenarios.

Customers can call a 24/7 call center to make payment and receive instructions and receive the boot release code.  Web payments are also an option for customers who will receive a release code along with their payment receipt via email/text. Once the customer receives the release code, they simply enter the code, release the boot from their car, and return it to a nearby boot return station.
