We have been providing parking services which include registration, permit distribution, fines and immobilization for over a decade. We currently use several smart parking solutions under the RISETEK umbrella, such as, the Intelliboot self-releasing device, BootVision and ParkLync Permit Management with intentions to expand our partnership with RISETEK in the future. Our parking operation is very complex compared to the majority and our clientele is a very niche market. RISETEK has risen to the challenges and worked with us to fit the deliverables to our unique requirements. Everyone within RISETEK has been understanding, quick to troubleshoot and assist with any oddities that arise. If there is ever a suggestion for improvement or development, on either end of this partnership, there is open and honest dialogue in an effort to better each other. RISETEK has been extremely professional and easy to work with company. I never hesitate to reach out for anything. Again, the RISETEK team is quick to respond, extremely eager to help and always friendly. The executive leadership group even makes themselves available, never too busy or hidden away. We've had nothing but a positive experience since my initial contact with them. From a product perspective, the devices are easy to deploy plus using Airtags makes them easy to track. Where they really excel is their service and support! After receiving the devices, RISETEK assisted us every step of the way from training on BootVision software to deploying the device plus answering every question in a very timely manner. Obviously, sales and support does not stop once they ship their devices. We manage about 50 locations in the City of Philadelphia and are pleased to work with RISETEK.

We currently work with ParkLync in Hilton Head Island, SC, to operate our Resident Parking Permit Program. I began working with ParkLync during our initial setup phase in late October of 2022, working towards a go-live date of December 1, 2022. During this time, their staff was very thorough, gathering all the data and information they needed, as well as making sure that I understood each aspect of the system and answered any questions I had. We initially had a weekly call working towards our go-live date. The actual go-live was delayed (a Town decision; not ParkLync’s fault, the system was fully operational and ready for the December 1 go-live date), and during this time, our weekly calls were paused. During this delay, I would contact them from time to time as questions arose and always got a quick and thorough response/answer. As our go-live date approached, they made sure I was completely comfortable with the system and walked through demonstrations with me to ensure I was comfortable and able to operate confidently. From time-to-time, I have had questions arise and always get them answered immediately. ParkLync easily integrates with our enforcement system and has made the permitting system very accurate, and has been easy for me to teach other employees as well. ParkLync has been a great company to work with, and I am 100% confident in recommending them to anyone.

First off, I need to wholeheartedly thank the team at both ParkLync and RISETEK for the tremendous product, product support, and project management during the entirety of the process. Transitioning into the project, the time was taken to ask the right questions, provide thoughtful and valuable input, and talk through the pros and cons of all situations. In the end, custom work was required. However, the turnaround was short despite knowing we were not the only customer. When we launched, rock-solid support that was proven to be one reason they were chosen as our preferred vendor. The team even took the time to speak to our customers directly if it was an issue beyond the local team's capabilities during the onboarding process. They continue to support their product at a level above what most consider normal today. It’s nice to have such a strong partner who not only does what they say but “walks the walk” and answers the phone. Ultimately, the product has reduced costs to the local operation beyond what was originally expected. This is a must-have for any parking program. The only thing bad I could say about this group is their choice of college sports teams.

They cooperate with you. They're out there, and they're making themselves available to you. The other company, you had to always send in an email, and you never got a response.
